Life is not in our control but still we can try to be as Fit as Possible, after my 10th I put on weight gradually, I was not having issue with that because my main focus was always Studies.
Today When People ask me how did I lost weight then I don’t have any Answer, Since Childhood I ate sooo lesss Quantity of food, I was always away from Junk food, I was doing yoga, but still all of sudden I gained weight at that time. When my mom used to tell my classmate’s parents that I hardly eat 1 roti and don’t even eat anything else but they were not believing that, some of them were comparing like Your child is soo healthy and all that stuff because Despite not eating food I was not that lean.
We can control Weight Gain or loss upto a significant extend only. Just workout and Diet doesn’t help in maintaining Weight. Other factors do Play equally important role including present and Past Lifestyle.
One major factor Playing significant Role in controlling our weight is “Stress”, and other is “Hormonal Imbalance”, You can do anything from Diet to staying hungry but you are not gonna loose weight unless two of them are in Control.
Pranayam in Yogasana really helps to maintain our mind stress free and keeping our hormones in Place. Other reason for hormonal imbalance can be eating habits, bad habits such as too much of junk food everyday can significantly harm your body.
As they say “Your Body is a Temple, Its your Resposibility to keep it clean”….What we see, what we do, what we eat, what we drink altogether decides our health.
Many times we see that Some people are always Disciplined, They are always strict on Diet, They Didn’t had any bad habits, They even had habit of performing Yogasana as well as Excercises still sometimes few of them in rare cases suffer from chronic Illness…. As mentioned above things are not in our hand “But Atleast we can try our best to be Fit as Possible”.
Other factor which contributes in Hormonal imbalance are Irregular sleeping Pattern, consumption of high sugar products, Smoking, Alcohol consumptions……
Staying Fit is not about just doing one out of many things, Its all about making a sequence of all the things which are contributing towards your unhealthy lifestyle and then working each day towards correcting each of them.
Sometimes things are also about Mindset, If you are Okay with your unhealthy habits then it won’t affect that much but when your unhealthy habits are bothering you in some or other form then instead of complaining you need to work towards Improving that. Just sitting and stressing over it won’t solve any problem.
