What to do when we are unable to accomplish things ?

Many times things remain unfulfilled because of our capability to accomplish them , and sometimes even after giving our best we don’t accomplish task.

Due to unaccomplishment we freak, loose our mind, at that moment we aren’t able to decide step which should be taken next.

We keep on thinking “Is there any solution exist ? What step should I take next? And soo much confusion in mind.

Due to uncontrolled mind our thoughts had all sort of unclearty , which start impacting our day and further tasks of day.

Will stressing over task will make that accomplished?, No !

That’s why don’t panic , just leave all things on god if you have tried all your efforts.

Somethings are really unpredictable as well as out of our control.

Despite giving our 100% we don’t get results, or even work is not fullfilled.

Some of Things which are out of control of human being are :

All sort of Natural calamities

– Pandemic

– Death

– Things which doesn’t work in our favor despite all efforts

How can we overcome above situation?

Try to divert mind , it can be done by watching movies which make you forget your current situation

This will be helpful for 4th case, because 1st 3 takes time to heal.

Permanent solution: Include Yoga as part of your Lifestyle.

Yoga is not just about aasanas, it is combination of many things including aasanas as well as Pranayams.

Basic meditation for atleast 10 mins of Day will help you in mind calmness.

And in situation where Things are out of control it will give us clarity of mind as well it will make our decision making power stronger.

You don’t need to be spiritual for practicing 10 mins of meditation.

Sometimes we just need to step back , believe in god and trust the process
