When My Mom was looking like as of 1st Picture She could have easily Accepted that as what people have said to her. But she didn’t!…..

Already Due to some Health Compications she was Depressed and Loosing Beauty was making her Lose all hopes…

She Tried all Excercises but Weight Was not going down even a Kg, Consulted Many Fitness Experts as well as Doctors to ask Reason for Lots of Imbalances in Body and Too much weight Gain despite Exercising…but she Got Reply like “YOU ARE NEVER GONNA LOSE IT, IT’S BECAUSE OF YOUR AGE, ACCEPT IT”…

But then also My Mom did not loosen her Hopes, She Did Not Believed What People said…

And after Trying many Things, Thankfully Some workout and Diet Worked for her…

Workout My Mom Does is I guess 3 times of What I do

There are Many People Out There who Says to Me as My Mom that Their is Not any Need of Workout or Diet and many alike stuff

Idiology of such People is that They Believe that “We do Nothing, Eat every Kind of Food and Still we are soo Slim”..

If you are One of Them then Let Me Tell you “Things Don’t Work Like that”
People Who are Fit Takes care of their Body “EACH AND EVERY DAY”

If Everything taken for Granted then “You will loose it “

ITS NOT AT ALL EASY for any of Us who CHOOSE TO EAT IN SMALL PORTION QUITTING all Spicy Indian Food

We also like that Food Too much, but then “For Achieving something , sometimes its Necessary to sacrifice”

Its very easy for any of us to choose Unhealthy Food as well as Spicy Food but what’s most Difficult is SELF CONTROL Over Mind To NOT EAT THAT..

HERE I M NOT AT ALL PROMOTING BODY SHAMING OR ANY SUCH KIND OF THINGS

I VERY WELL KNOW HEALTH IS NOT ALWAYS IN OUR HAND

THIS POST IS JUST A MESSAGE TO PEOPLE WHO HAS LAZY LIFESTYLE AND WHO DON’T WORKOUT THEN KEEPS ON COMPLAINING WATCHING FIT PEOPLE…

IF YOU WISH , YOU CAN TOO ACHIEVE HEALTHY FIT BODY WITH REGULARLY EXCERCISE AS WELL AS PROPER FOOD FILLED WITH NUTRITION

Also If you are Happy with your weight as well as Body then there is not any issue

Don’t Live for society or People…
Weight DOESN’T Define Person’s Health

But Your Weight should not be Result of UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE, OVEREATING, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, AND BAD CHOLESTEROL.
