Have you ever been pressurized by someone else or by your own self for scoring good in exams?
I don’t know about world but in our country at stage of 10th, 11th…and further studies their is lot of pressure to excel.
Due to surrounding pressure we are in a state of fear, panic, anxiety, and all these overpower us to such extent that we don’t think of giving our best, we keep on thinking ‘what will i do if i failed ?’, “what about my dream job?” “What about my dream college ?”……and many such self doubt questions make our life hell
Students are doing suicide due to extreme pressure. At that stage of time we are soo pressurized that we lost our thinking ability, we aren’t able to see beyond failure, we can’t think of situation where we are failing.
It is a trap which will either harm you or make you successful even after failure.
I watched a hindi movie named chichore, and i realized that kid in that movie was same like me, always soo pressurized by thinking of results.

– Creating safe home atmosphere
Parents should support their child , they shouldn’t be pressurizing
– Self Awareness
We need to put in our mind “Exams don’t define our future” they are important to only some extent
– Don’t delay studies
Many times exam fear is because of lack of preparations, that’s why it is always important to be prepared instead of delaying reading to next day, start preparing early
Results don’t guarantee a job, there are many other factors involved, but that doesn’t mean that you should not focus any more and spend whole time chilling out, Grades are important for getting admission in Prestigious universities and for job placements too some percentage are mandatory, but that marks should not become reason of your unhappiness, Education is also a phase of life, enjoy the process of study like other phases.
