In recent times, a new trend has been going on especially inspired from Television Serial Anupama.It shows era of middle age women who have been suppressed from everything and even her family treated her like servant. Her life just used to revolve around taking care of family. In way one that is even the BIGGEST JOB.
If you tend to hire an executive for same Role then that person will demand certain salary. But as that lady is someone’s Bahu, Someone’s Wife and Someone’s Mother she didn’t got any salary. Never she even demanded anything in return.
Conflict arose when the people surrounding her forgets that she is MOTHER, WIFE , DAUGHTER IN LAW and A HUMAN who deserves equal respect as everyone else. Being under such tags, she deserves even much more respect. But surrounding fails her.
If a servant is hired, people tend to not disrespect her.
If a cook is hired, People tend to give much much more respect.
If a nany is hired, People will be free from burden of children and will praise her skills of taking care of children.
But when all this work is done by MAIN FEMALE PROTAGONIST of their home, its seen that many family members tends to forget her originality. They starts Disrespecting her. Even in terms of money, she is made feel like ITS EARNED WITH SOO MUCH DIFFICULTIES, HOW WOULD YOU UNDERSTAND, YOU ARE GAWAR…Just because a woman is not DOING ANY JOB, they start degrading her worth!
So taking inspiration from serial, A new trend started emerging. Everyone – EVERY WOMAN going out for work.
Are they working for below reasons –

At 1st they tends to finish all home chores which they were already doing from years..Then rush to soo called work….. A place Where they aren’t even feeling secure. At end their health suffers the MOST.
All these discussions are especially in context of middle age women who had seen different life all together.
Generation wise things are changing with Today’s Youth.When we talk about equality in context to them, then even home chores are divided in equal way for Millinnials and Gen Z.
Millennial girls – Talking about them, they are already trained. They are not just working to prove someone something . Many of them are, but many are working for Own reasons. They want financial Freedom. That’s why even if work is not according to comfort, they choose to keep going.
Whole point of Discussion is WHY ? WHY WE HAVE Designed society in such a way ?Why can’t a society exist where IRRESPECTIVE OF WORKING STATUS, women are getting respect. Especially from her own family.Talking about Financial freedom and JOB …It should not be compulsion.
If you are Passionate about something, Pursue that with love.
Someone will argue that “Is it just RESPONSIBILITY OF MEN to Earn ?No. Its all about BALANCING .
If a woman is happily earning more money which are more then enough for basic survival. Then a man should be allowed to live as per his wish. Men should be allowed to pursue their Passion which they could not do earlier because of RESPONSIBILITIES TO EARN CERTAIN amount.As said, its all about balancing things.

My message to all women, I know samaj is curated like “If you don’t earn, then you won’t get respect”…But its US who need to change this.Our JOB PROFILE should not be ONLY PARAMETER FOR RESPECT. Everyone, EVERY HUMAN DESERVE RESPECTS.
If anyone wants to achieve extraordinary then they should pursue that.But one should never forget mutual respect.
Society should not be like to show WORKING WOMAN SUPERIOR they starts degrading the one who choosen to be HOME MAKER.
Even at many places BEHIND A SUCCESSFUL WOMAN, THERE IS A MAN. He is ready to take responsibilities .He is believing in her dreams.That’s why Because of some ADJUSTMENT AND SACRIFICE OF THAT MAN, A woman is able to pursue her Passion.
Pursuing something just to claim as WORKING TAG should NOT be THE END GOAL !
Even a House wife who is managing everything from A to Z of family members is Equally Capable of ACHIEVING EXTRAORDINARY. We have seen many examples like INDUBEN KHAKRA WALA. A Empire set from HOME.
Even in Spain, this culture exists where women are working from home. They don’t need to necessarily show their face, they drop Ordered food items at certain location.
POINT is HOME SHOULD NOT BE PARAMETER to DECIDE YOUR WORTH. ESPECIALLY A WOMEN’S WORTH. Home should not be seen as DECIDING FACTOR.

There are certain already existing thinking in society which have GENERALIZED certain ideology which are UTTERLY WRONG.
People forgotten that if someone choose to be at home, doesn’t gave anyone else right to DEMEAN them in any way. You are working, Great. But, The one WHO CHOOSE to be AT HOME even choose the same because of certain factors.
A job DOESN’T MAKE A WORKING WOMEN SUPERIOR IN ANY TERMS.EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN STORY, OWN JOURNEY !AND there were even certain privileges one person got while other didn’t.
We think its always about MEN VS WOMEN but sometimes when a lady achieve something, some of them forget where she came from. They start demeaning other women just to show her WORTH MORE SUPERIOR….! THAY’S WHY, Job as a PARAMETER does not gave ONE WORKING women right to demean HOME MAKER ! And even vice versa.
I personally comes from the background where Independence was kind of End Goal so no offense to any women who is working hard to achieve certain Lifestyle and certain Goals.
How Men can Provide Financial Independence to women at their home who choose to not do any Professional Job ?
- Opening Different bank account where certain amount is deposited monthly (apart from home essentials amount).
- In old days , Gold Jewelry was replacment of money, you can even work on it.
- If home is on the name of just male, You can make it on name of both. 50- 50.
Women is termed as Devi because of her capabilities of doing All work continuously.
But in this modern Era, They are Labeled Devi, Even society expect them to be like Devi and do home chores whole day . From cleaning to cooking to taking care of each and every individuals…EVERYTHING , EVERY – WORK given to her.
But when same Devi Demand RESPECT AND FREEDOM , At that time she gets many label ! Her Individuality is Targeted in wrong way.That’s why many think that doing Job will provide them WORTHFUL LIFE in society.
But society doesn’t work like this. Imagine every individual women doing Jobs. Then ideally, Because of TITLE- JOB, women will be soo WORTHY ! They would have been getting all Freedom and Respect which they wanted.
In Reality, even if such society is created, Women will be at same place as of Today.
Because WORTH IS NOT CREATED BY JOBS and WORK.
Its more about surrounding and kind of people we meet in lifetime. Some women are lucky enough who gets treatment like Devi. She is Respected , Her Opinions are Valued. In same Time Frame, Taking example of another woman – Despite having all BEST QUALITIES , even Doing All home chores and managing job that lady would be struggling for Respect .
Reason ?
Its PEOPLE surrounding us who make us feel our worth.Irrespective of our WORK PROFILES.
And in 3rd Case. If no one is recognizing your worth , Does that mean you aren’t Good enough ?

Society Validate or not, At end How we feel about our work Make us.
To prove society something till how much extent will you go ?For them, It will NEVER BE ENOUGH. They will always find Reasons to DEVALUE YOU. Do Whatever you feel Best For you. Live with Love, Peace and Happiness.
Life is not always about proving someone Anything.
