Emotions- Too Strong to focus on

We humans are filled with lots of emotions, some emotions make our mood pleasant, some gives us sadness, and some are indescribable.

Emotions are crucial part of human existence, our life is incomplete without them, these emotions makes us keep going.

Always we are advised to express ourselves, we have been told to not hold some emotions within ourselves, expressing them gives us mental relief especially when emotions are not good one , but do you know over focusing on bad emotions ruin one’s life ?

Emotions like pain, sadness, negativity, grief when focused too much take one towards serious mental health illness, focusing on these kind of emotions and expressing them till one extent is alright, but when it is converted into too much, then its a road block in one’s wellness.

Suppose a individual had some bad experience or something really bad happened , in this situation it is normal to have emotions like grief and sadness, but when that individual choose to focus everyday on that events even after months and years then such situation is termed as “Too much” .

It is like a bog(daldal), coming out of which becomes very difficult, when one choose to focus too much on such emotions then their mind can even draw them towards suicide because that “too much focus” make them believe that there is no goodness in life, they feel like every bad incident is just happening to them, and all these emotions stuff keep on increasing .

How to come out of this ?
If you are already trapped in bog of focusing too much on emotions like sadness, then following below will definitely help you.

– whenever you tend to focus on grief, sadness, tell yourself “Stop”, “leave”.

– Affirm to yourself “I have not accepted that emotions, i choose to be happy i choose to be successful”…any postive sentence you can affirm.

– Delay such emotions, whenever you feel like thinking on that, tell to yourself that i will focus on them at a particular time, for that keep one hour separately within that hour you can focus on such emotions, after that you are not supposed to think about any those emotions Steps are not easy to follow if you are already trapped, it will take time but after some duration you will witness positive change in your life.

These advice is particularly for those people who are very deeply affected, who feels nothing good is happening to them, who are not happy. Follow them I m sure it will definitely help you .
