Finally the event Day was there ! It was long big day with 2 big Events scheduled for the Day, We reached stadium on Time and were all set for the Championship.
Generally In India 98/100 Championship are not Properly scheduled, Everything is Delayed alot, Even at many championship organizers allow 4 participants to perform kata on 1 Tatami , I know its sound soo funny and unbelievable but that’s true bcoz of lots of Participants organizers do soo to complete event on Time, But This wasn’t case at Goa championship, The Tournament was organized soo Perfectly with everything Conducted according to mentioned Time,No indiscipline was seen around Tatami Areana, We had heard about Suraj’s sir Perfectionism many times but It was the 1st time when we got opportinity to witness It.
After opening ceremony Dhruv’s Kata was scheduled 1st and then Kumite, Both Event went well with Dhruv grabbing 2 Bronze in each of them.
After event we were there in the stadium only, Interacted with few Great karatekas , had conversation related there training schedule .
Around 6 Pm we left the stadium, Back at hotel we just worked on questions for the Podcast which was scheduled Next Day.
