And the Award goes to……..”Shattered Dreams”, I worked really hard to get admission in Prestigious IIT but I couldn’t make it, settled for one of the Best College which promised High Placements , compromised with the Field too thinking to not let go opportunity of studying in TOP College which promises Good quality Education with Placement in Good company, but it didn’t worked like that , At end of engineering I was left out with failures as well as without Placement, Placements thing is not just about me , it is about other BatchMates too, Expect very very Few others were struggling without Placements in GOOD companies, despite all this I had Let Go all Grudges with university,
But it Didn’t ended here, The day arrived of which every Student Dreams of…”Day of Convocation”, but this news left me out just with sadness, In Past in every convocation student were awarded degree with huge convocation function as well as In Presence of Dignitaries Like Education Minister, Chief Minister, as well as shri Mukesh Ambaniji but this year it was online, with No Presence of Graduating Students just few gold medalist were in the campus
I thought after Graduation that now pdpu doesn’t have any sadness to offer me, but what can be worse, Pdpu has offered everything and at end snatched away Dream of Getting convocated in presence of such Dignitaries
Each and every student expect Special categories payed huge Fees in “Lacs” during 4 years of engineering but at end we didn’t got a proper convocation , Each student who studied till now got opportunity to be in convocation ceremony they paid equally High Fees and Even my Batch Paid same or even more Fees but then why we were just left out ?
Few students tried their best to get convocation delayed until everything turns Normal but university just wanted to save money,
It was a Lifetime opportunity to get convocated in Presence of CM, MUKESH AMBANI and many other Dignitaries, It can’t be compensated by convocation Fees refund, every student from Pdpu got this chance, and now online convocation with 2015 and 2016 batch students was Totally unfair.
In past ths convocation was not conducted every year or even 2 years, at that time everything was normal but then also university didn’t thought of giving Degrees to Students, some of students even received their BTech Graduation Degree along with completion of M Tech and now all of sudden they just gave excuse that “Its necessary to conduct convocation because students graduated in 2019”.
Today online convocation ceremony was like watching MODIJI’S Speech in Tv or mobile, I Did my Part to get it Delayed but nothing Works well without Team work, People in my Batch didn’t put any efforts to get it delayed, some tried their best but anything without huge support doesn’t works well
What to write more…..I m grateful for God’s blessings despite Failure, but sometimes these things start haunting mind with extreme sadness, and Today’s convocation was one of them , its Haunting badly because of High Fees I had invested, I didn’t Paid Fees to just get convocation from Home…
