
This quarantine has gifted us with wonderful opportunity to learn new activities rather then just chilling and binge watching.
This is a lifetime opportunity for having blessed with soo much spare Time, i m going to mention things which you can do at home.
1 – Fitness
Yes you heard it write, as i keep on mentioning fitness is more about diet rather then excercises.
As you are just sitting at home with no activities, this is the best time for you to diet.
-Eat less quantity of food
-Eat Raw vegetables
-Stop eating noodles and wafers
-Have proper scheduled food Breakfast- Lunch- Dinner
-Don’t eat according to your hunger
➡️ Stretching Routine
More the body is flexible less are the chances of injury due to sports/weight Training/ karate.
Dedicate proper 1 hour just for streching
You don’t need lots of space for that, streching exercises can be practiced at home only.
Precautions- Don’t over stretch, increase your limit day by day , don’t try to have full stretching at once as it will cause injuries, and you won’t find any doctor due to lockdown.
2 – Art
You just need a paper and pencil for this.
Spend your time in doodling or sketching or painting.
Don’t worry if you are not a good artist, but practicing daily will make your art better.
3 – challenges
Use social media for this one.
Not photo challenges, rather indulge in challenges like
-learning new word everyday, or
– art challenge in which you need to share sketch made by you
– Fitness challenge like performing squats/push-ups/cardio
4 – Cooking
Learning cooking is not particularly gender bias, cooking will help you in future if you are stucked somewhere alone.
To make it interesting try new dishes instead of simple food
5 – Joining online course
Many websites are there which offers online courses like photography editing , video editing, basic graphic.
Above mentioned courses are not boring, these are basic skills which one must possess in this digital world
If you can’t afford paid course then you can learn through YouTube.
Just search for course or skill you need to master, plenty of videos you will find.
6 – YouTube
Instead of watching movies, watch videos which will help in your over all development.
One of my favorite creator is Beerbiceps ( Ranveer Allahbadia) , his channel has all sorts of video from improving communication skills to lots of motivation as well as FITNESS.
I personally recommend you to watch his YouTube videos.
If you just want to chill, then watch Travel Vlogs.

7 – Learning Our Mythology
If you don’t know anything about our Mythology then this is the best time to learn about it through Television.
Shows like RAMAYAN, MAHABHARAT are again airing on DD NATIONAL/ DD BHARTI.
They are not just shows, they are EPIC SERIES, emotions by character will make you feel that you are present there.
Many shows have been created on same name but no one is able to replace these masterpiece.
8 – Spend Time with loved ones
This is golden opportunity to spend good time with your family, not everyone was bleesed to be at home, many were staying away because of studies, work or any other reason.
That’s why lockdown has given us opportunity to unite back with family. Don’t waste this precious time in Chatting with people online.
9 – Books/ Podcast
Reading books and listening podcast on apps like spotify is also the best thing you can do.
Books impart soo much knowledge as well as life values, same way podcast are upgraded versions of books, if you don’t like reading books then listen to podcasts.
