Dear zindagi a movie about which whatever I describe is very very less, it is a perfect movie dissipating our generation’s issues.
Most people refrain from watching this movie by seeing that it is based on mental health, but I found this movie as really very deep in imparting different insights to our life, it teaches us “How to live life at fullest”
There are tons of things to learn and here I m mentioning few :
We youngsters are soo much trapped in success, relationship, career, and internal problems that we have messed up our life.
All these are directly affecting our life, it has huge termoil on our mental health.
“LET GO YOUR INNER FEARS SOO THAT YOU JUST HAVE TO FIGHT BATTLES OF LIFE”
Above lesson is imparted at end , but it decipates our current scenario, we all are not living life to fullest, we all have fear of something or other, we are not accepting our true self…. To Grow in “Battlefield of life” face the internal battles, let go of all internal fears, once we let go that we will be more mentally prepare to face fear of life.
“Kabhi kabhi hum mushkil rasta sirf is liye chunte hai, kyun ki humein lagta hai, important cheezein paane ke liye humein mushkil rasta apnana chahiye. Apne aap ko punish karna bahut zaroori samajhte hai. But why? Aasaan rasta kyun nahi chun sakte? Kya burai hai us mein? Khaas karke jab us mushkil ka saamna karne ke liye hum taiyaar hi nahi hai!”
Above thing has been fitted in our mind by our society, and when we tends to follow that we end up being pressurized.
Choosing stream to moving out to different states for opportunities we all had made mistakes , mistakes of choosing a difficult option. People promote hustle culture but I don’t believe in that, when things can be achieved in a simple way through intelligence then no need of hustling that too when we are not prepared for accomplishing it.
People believe that moving to different cities will give them “Good Salary” , but it doesn’t work like this, when we move to some other cities it has their own issues.
For example: “You can live a very GOOD LIFE with salary of 70,000 in Ahmedabad because of less Rent, less Transportation cost, but if you are in Mumbai or Bangalore that 70,000 would not be enough for you, That’s why whenever you are trying to achieve great things being there instead of punishing yourself by being away from family just to realize your mistakes later on

6 out of 10 people are living to impress others , and social media has created another level pressure to show ourselves best, and that pressure is creating lots of mental health issues among people.
