A girl was suffering from very chronic Physical Illness, she was consulted to best doctors in the world but no cure was found, someday a person advised her parents to visit psychiatrist, the person was addressed as “Mad” by that girl’s parent , “How can physical illness be cured by psychologist!! ” Was in their mind ……. after loosing all hope and no other options left they agreed of trying their luck one last time,……they went to psychiatrist for consultation, after few counseling sessions and other study pattern it was found that “problem was on mind and it was never in the body”, Physical illness of girl cured perfectly after counseling and some pattern changes.

Very often similar kind of things are happening with us or with someone around us, “consulted world’s best Doctor but disease is not cured”… is very commonly heard. – Keep 1 – 1.5 hour per day aside, in that duration sit and think whatever you want to think about, all bad things happened within past, all bad things happened that day, all things you hate, no one will stop you but here is one condition you have to follow, other then predecided slot you will will never focus on all those patterns, you will just think about goodness.

– Second most effective method includes Affirmations of POSITIVE words, telling yourself that your life is beautiful, you have perfect health, your family is soo supportive …..likewise repetition of this continuously for 1 month definitely improve your life.

– Reading books on self healing, postivity, motivation too help in removing some bad patterns which results in severe mental illness.

I am not professional doctor, but these things are taught to me by a professional and these methods are very effective.
