Many times i feel social media as just a virtual world, with veryy very less people being familiar. If i suddenly disappear from social media then people won’t bother to find out about my well being.
The followers for whom i am putting out content, putting out soo much hardwork, and energy…..they won’t even spare a minute to find put reason behind my disappearance.
If something happened with me then people close to me will be affected not my followers nor the society.
The real world is not at all different, we made to think that social media is a virtual world but the reality is whole world is like this only, if you die no one is going to get affected other then your family and close friends.
This is a harsh reality about which we don’t care. We live in world where we bother soo much about people ….. “what will people think ?” , “what will people say ? ” ….are most common questions in many of our minds.
And reality is the people about whom we are soo much bothered about won’t even care if we die.
Social media is a virtual world, people are living to impress others, influencers are putting out content to gain followers……. the real world is not at all different, people try to show -off things to impress.
Most people are scared, and live in tension because of fear of boss, if some work is not done then there is constant fear of boss in offices , people are not living for themselves.
People are living for the work, for the office , for the colleagues……. who will replace him if something bad happened to him. Here i just gave example of office, but it is not just about office, same-thing works in society.
Lessson to learn from all these, do not live for people, live for your family and for the people who actually care about you.
If you are always bothered about people then you will end up in vain.
I m not saying to close your social media account, i m just saying that build real connections, if you are aiming to be a social media Influencer, do not live for followers, try to build real connections.
If you are just bothered about number of followers then you will end up no where – Nidhi Rawal
